Best of Vermont: Our Most UniqueTownhomes

by Nancy Jenkins, CRB, CRS

If you're seeking a prime location at an affordable price or a swimming pool without the upkeep, a townhome could be the perfect home choice for you. There are many reasons for buying a townhome over a house. They are terrific for people wanting to downsize from a large family house. And most associations offer homeowners hassle-free home repair help and lawncare, making extended travel much easier. Plus, homeowner tax benefits for townhomes are similar to those of single-family homes.

Take a closer look at our most unique townhomes, proving that condo living can put you in the land of ease.
