When you are getting ready to list your home there are a few things you can do ahead of time.
When a buyer enters your home for a showing, they really want to be able to imagine the home as their own! It helps to be able to do this by not having lots of extras. Here at Nancy Jenkins Real Estate we also take professional photos of your home including a 3D Matterport Tour! This tour picks up on everything! It is best if you are ready, by removing as much as you can from countertops, tiding bookshelves and organizing closets. It is also helpful because when you do move, you will have already gotten rid of unwanted items throughout your home!
