A native Vermonter, Alison now calls Shelburne home and brings a deep, nuanced understanding of the local market to every transaction.

In recognition of her leadership and service to the industry, Alison was named Realtor of the Year by the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors in 2019. She is a past president of the NVBR Board and a graduate of the Evelyn Biddle Leadership Development Program. In addition to holding the highly respected Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation, Alison also carries the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, and the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification—credentials that reflect her commitment to education, thoughtful advising, and strategic market positioning.

Before joining the Nancy Jenkins Team, Alison enjoyed a successful career in high-tech sales, working in Silicon Valley and the Boston MetroWest area. She returned to Vermont to partner with her mother and sister, Amanda, to help grow one of the state’s most respected and productive real estate teams.

Alison lives in Shelburne with her young daughter and embraces everything Vermont has to offer—from time on Lake Champlain to exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She is a Phi Mu alumna and earned her B.A. in International Studies from The American University’s School of International Service in Washington, DC.
