Kelsey Houle is originally from Middlebury and a proud University of Vermont graduate, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She currently serves as the Director of Operations at Nancy Jenkins Real Estate, where she helps move the team forward by keeping systems efficient, processes streamlined, and technology up to date in an ever-changing real estate landscape.

With a background in marketing and customer care, Kelsey focuses on creating smooth, behind-the-scenes operations that support both the team and their clients. She enjoys finding better, smarter ways to improve workflows and ensure everyone has the tools they need to succeed.

Kelsey is a Vermont-licensed real estate salesperson and holds NAR’s e-Pro® and Pricing Strategy Advisor certifications.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, embracing all that Vermont life has to offer.
