Siobhan Philbin is one of the buyer specialists on our team. After buying her first home in 2016 she couldn't help but continue to shop. Friends and family were always commenting on how much she loved to talk about and look at houses so when the opportunity to join the Nancy Jenkins Team as their photographer came up, she jumped! She learned so much through her roles here on our team and finally made the leap of faith to become an agent. Her experience on our team really gave her the skills needed to be a successful agent! A bonus was she learned all the back roads in the area, and that skill is priceless!
Siobhan loves the unpredictability of real estate. Each day comes with its own challenges, no transactions are ever the same, each house is unique. She says, "It’s impossible to become bored when you work in real estate, I think that’s what I love so much about this compared to a regular 9 to 5 job. The opportunity for constant growth through continued education and being part of a team makes the job feel like it is ever-evolving, and who wouldn’t want that?!"
Although her buyers probably love the final day, that final signature, and holding the keys to their new home, Siobhan loves each showing leading up to the point when her buyers find the right home. Each showing being an opportunity to learn more about what her buyers are looking for, what makes them tick, and how they can become a strong buying team together.
