SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT — Nancy Jenkins Real Estate is proud to announce Kali Alisas the recipient of its 29th Annual Nancy Jenkins Community Scholarship, recognizing her academic achievements, leadership and commitment to serving others.
Kali will attend Saint Michael's College, where she plans to study Health Sciences in the pre-med program. Her long-term goal is to attend medical school and build a career in medicine where she can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Kali's passion for helping people stood out. She shared that she is inspired by the opportunity to make a positive impact every day and hopes to become someone people can rely on during difficult times. She also credits her love of learning and personal growth as key motivations in pursuing higher education.
Kali's leadership extends beyond the classroom. Being named the Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Year reinforced her desire to give back to her community and use her experiences to encourage and support others. During college, she plans to strengthen both her academic foundation and leadership skills as she prepares for medical school and a future in healthcare.
